In the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic, Discovery Travel & Aegean Sea Cruises would like to inform you of its new cancellation policy to protect its customers and in line with the guidelines proposed by the Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. All customers who have booked a Hotel, Residence or Cruise with arrival or departure date before June 30, 2020, contact the sales department. We’ll let you know the status of your trip and make the necessary adjustments to postpone and change your date. The closest departure dates are treated as a priority. Arrivals or departures dates from July 1st will be processed further, depending on the situation and / or any new restrictions that have been imposed.

We will keep monitoring the situation!( Not cancelled Booking until 30.04)

In the case that a charter or Hotel/House customer is unable to get to the Country due to travel restrictions, when there is an official advisory not to travel to the area of the booked charter or Hotel/House, or the border is closed to the country of origin of the customer, we will offer the chance to the client to reschedule his trip for a new period in 2020 or 2021.
In addition it will be possible to cancel and a credit note will be issued to the customer to use it for a new Booking at 2021.
